Microsoft ha appena rilasciato Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview Build 15222 ai Windows Insider che hanno scelto il canale di distribuzione Fast. Si tratta di una nuova build di anteprima di Fall Creators Update (nome in codice Redstone 3), il quarto grande aggiornamento per smartphone equipaggiati con Windows 10 Mobile. Fall Creators Update sarà rilasciato pubblicamente per PC, tablet e smartphone nel corso del 2017.

Problemi risolti
- This build also includes all the improvements from KB4016871 and KB4020102.
- The copyright date is correctly showing 2017 now under Settings > System > About.
- We fixed an issue where WhatsApp would not launch after updating to the latest Mobile builds.
- We fixed an issue with using the Japanese 12 Key soft keyboard where the “right arrow” key did not input a space
- We fixed an issue with the Bulgarian keyboard localization for the HP Lap Dock in Continuum.
- We have further improved the reliability of notifications for apps with a paired Bluetooth device, such as Fitbit.
- Improved the Time & Language settings page UX for Speech and Keyboard language downloads. Previously, the status would show “Downloading” for speech and “Installing” for keyboard. Unless, the user tapped on the language or navigated to the Update & Security settings page, there was no indication that a restart is required to complete the installation. Now when the update reaches the reboot pending state, a “Restart Required” is displayed under the language.
- We fixed several enterprise device management issues.
- We fixed an issue where notifications and Cortana’s cross-devices settings on your device were not being mirrored to your PC.
Nuovi problemi
- In some cases, the WeChat app may crash on launch.
Guida all’installazione
L’aggiornamento è installabile in tutti gli smartphone nativi Windows 10 Mobile e in tutti quelli delle precedenti generazioni (Windows Phone 8) che supportano ufficialmente l’aggiornamento a Windows 10 Mobile. È inoltre necessario aver già aggiornato alla versione pubblica di Windows 10 Anniversary Update. Per installare le versioni di anteprima di Windows 10 Mobile destinate agli Insider:
- Recatevi in Impostazioni > Aggiornamento e sicurezza > Programma Windows Insider.
- Cliccate Per iniziare.
- Visualizzerete il messaggio Caricamento in corso – attendete.
- Visualizzerete il messaggio Installerai software e servizi non definitivi, che potrebbero non essere totalmente testati. Leggete attentamente quanto riportato e cliccate Avanti.
- Visualizzerete il messaggio Per tua informazione…. Leggete attentamente quanto riportato e cliccate Conferma.
- Visualizzerete il messaggio Ancora un passaggio…. Leggete attentamente quanto riportato e cliccate Riavvia ora.
- Lo smartphone verrà riavviato.
Al termine del riavvio, recatevi in Impostazioni > Aggiornamento e sicurezza > Programma Windows Insider e assicuratevi di essere entrati nel programma Insider. Per maggiori informazioni vi invitiamo a leggere il nostro articolo dedicato.
Tenete presente che le versioni di anteprima destinate agli Insider sono instabili e mal tradotte in italiano: ne sconsigliamo l’installazione nello smartphone principale. Potrete invece provarle in totale sicurezza installandole in un secondo smartphone dedicato ai test.
